Mike has a degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, and received his J.D. from the University of Oregon Law School in 1993. Mike was born and raised in Illinois and has lived in Madison since 1996.

Mike has been with Harlowe and Associates since 1998, and for several years was the firm’s researcher, providing valuable work and analysis in some of the most complex and complicated cases. In 2006, Mike became licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and is now one of the firm’s attorneys, practicing in the areas of criminal defense, defense of licensed professionals, juvenile law and general civil matters.
